超今更なのはわかっているが（百番煎じでは収まらいレベルかもだが）Raspberry Pi Pico PIO について自分のためにまとめてみる。あまりにも今更なので、苦肉の策として、タイトルに今更聞けないを追加してた。筆者自身も今更学んだ話。PlatformIOの略ではない。
