Kudos to my fellow VoIP blogger Ted Wallingford for pointing us to a Skype API end-user agreement that would seem to reserve all rights to anything tweaks you create with the Skype API to the company.
If you develop apps you will need to know that Skype is phasing out support for its Desktop API and phasing in support for new URI’s to assist with its plans to be ubiquitous in all platforms.
