It’s officially watermelon season!!! I’ve been making this for years and it’s the sole reason I look forward to watermelon season every summer. I loved seeing so many of you make it last year! It’s soooo hydrating and I love drinking a ginormous jar full on a hot day. The tart yogurt adds the perfect amount of creaminess without making it too creamy or heavy, it’s a surprisingly perfect combo. Also such a good way to use up a grainy or not-so-good watermelon! .
